In this course the student will study and apply the use of their body as a defensive weapon. This system of verbal and physical defense techniques is designed for maximum effectiveness with minimal bodily harm or injury to the applicant, using only the necessary force to stop the aggressor. The specific techniques and applications are focused on the most probable scenarios or threat situations that the applicant might encounter in their professional careers, and day to day life.
