ADAPT Faculty regularly trains with other schools to learn new techniques, teaching methods, coaching skills, and stay current with new technologies that have come into the marketplace. 
This was a great experience for us as a group, often we are not able to attend courses together, as we are teaching or working and the conflicting schedules do not allow. 
Keeping notes during the course of the exercises we liked, areas we need to improve on, and the pearls of wisdom we pick up along the way is extremely valuable in our growth as individuals and as a company. If your "training" has only consisted of static marksmanship drills, now is the time to get off the line and break the square range mentality and challenge your mind, after all... it is the mind that controls the body.
We will be focusing on pistol, however if you have a rifle or shotgun that you want to work with bring it on out and we will discuss the contrasts that exist.

North West Facility Courses
4 Day Defensive Pistol 05/02-05/2019

Private Pistol 101 Modified 12/08-11/2017
This course was hosted by the Bowman family on their private range about 2 hours outside of Seattle Washington. 
They went above and beyond to construct an amazing range to accommodate 30 students as well as provided home cooked meals for all of us, including the ADAPT staff. 
The skill sets ranged from "never shot a gun before" to avid shooters that have trained at Front Sight Firearms among other training schools. 
We all had a great time (even in the extreme cold) and look forward to going back soon!
