Classroom 0800-1100 Lunch 1100-1200 Range 1200-1700 (Renewal course only enroll here) This class meets and exceeds all requirements set forth by the Nevada Sheriff and Chiefs Association to obtain a Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit. Requirements: Minimum age for attendance is 12 with guardian present. Must be 21 years or older to obtain applications for *Nevada*, and Florida permits. *Active or honorably discharged Military may be 18-20 to apply for Nevada permit.*

Required Equipment:
1 Handgun Semi-automatic, or Revolver (We strongly encourage you to come study with the weapon you plan on carrying for self-defense.) Rental Weapons Packages 2 Magazines or 2 speed-loaders for the weapon 100 rounds of ammunition for qualifying weapon A hat with brim Wrap-around eye protection Hearing protection (Electronic is advised) Rental Gear Packages

Topic: Day 1 of 2 Pistol 101 Skill Drills   CLICK HERE TO REGISTER   Prerequisites: None   Description: We are starting the year off with setting the bar, we are going to cover all the skill drills necessary for our Pistol 101 skills test, followed by shooting the test for a benchmark on Day 2.   Exercises: Stances: Isosceles and Weaver; Natural Point of Aim Grips: Two Hand, Single Hand and Offhand Presentation from Holster to Retention Ready, to Close Contact, to Target and from Concealment Administrative Loading and Unloading Marksmanship: Balance of Speed vs. Accuracy Malfunction Clearances Threat Assessment: Rules of Engagement based upon Weapon System and Target Availability; Response to Multiple Threats Presentation from Holster while Moving Survival Sequence Reloading: Tactical, Emergency and Speed Finishing the fight: The Aftermath, Communication and First Aid Loadout:

Topic: Shooting on the move.   CLICK HERE TO REGISTER   Prerequisites: None. However attendance of a Pistol Fundamentals or another professional course of instruction is recommended.   Description: In this session we will be starting with the fundamentals of movement, getting off the "X" and continued movement in a sustained engagement.   Exercises: Body reference or Point shooting positions Pivoting and tracking a moving target Footwork for rapid response to multiple directions of attack Pacing for the optimal balance of speed vs. accuracy while   Loadout: 150-200 rounds (Primary) Multiple weapons systems are allowed however the focus of the session will be on Pistol from the holster Concealment garments are encouraged
